Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the EasyRing app ("App") developed by Draco Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's Media Services Terms (App Store Terms of Service).

2. Purchases

EasyRing is free to download and includes core calling features at no cost. EasyRing Pro is unlocked through a single, one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase — there is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no free trial that converts into a paid plan.

• Payment is charged once to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The purchase unlocks Pro features permanently on that Apple ID, with no renewal or expiration.
• You can restore your purchase at any time from within the App using the same Apple ID used to buy it.

3. Acceptable use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third party's rights.
• Rely on the App as a substitute for a certified emergency communication service where one is required by law.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the App.
• Interfere with the normal operation or security of the App.

4. Emergency calling disclaimer

The SOS Emergency feature dials phone numbers that you or a family member configure — it does not connect to any emergency dispatch service, does not know your location, and is not a replacement for dialing your local emergency number directly. Call routing depends on your device's cellular or Wi-Fi connection and the iOS system dialer; we cannot guarantee a call will always connect. Please confirm your emergency contacts are accurate and reachable.

5. Your content

The contacts, pinned numbers, and settings you configure in the App remain yours. Because contacts are read live from your device and never stored on our servers, we have no access to them.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its source code, design, icons, and the "EasyRing" brand, is owned by Draco Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that voice captions, text-to-speech, or calling will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draco Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including a missed or failed call in an emergency situation.

9. Changes & termination

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Draco Studio operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
